General Terms

2.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• You must not allow any third party to access your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

kt77 may at any time, as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, request a national identity card, passport, or any other government-approved identity document. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

Age Limit and Eligibility

The kt77 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• At the time of creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• kt77 may request documents as proof of age in cases of doubt.
• The account holder is responsible for preventing minors from accessing the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on kt77.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party mobile banking accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Financial Verification

If fraud, money laundering, or any other suspicious financial activity is detected, kt77 reserves the right to hold any transaction and conduct an investigation. Additional documents may be requested during this process.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kt77 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (deposit + bonus).
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each person is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for use on the kt77 platform only — they are not considered direct cash.
• A bonus offer may expire if not used within the specified time period.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• kt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

kt77's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP levels through regular and active gaming. Your account must remain active and in compliance with the terms to receive VIP benefits.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited on the kt77 platform.

• Accessing another person's account or transferring accounts.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Account arbitrage, bonus abuse, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or making payments from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other users.
• Hacking the system or introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without kt77's permission.

Violating these terms gives kt77 the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and, where applicable, take legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure Initiated by kt77

kt77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Using the platform from a restricted region.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

7.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please check the terms of any pending bonus before closing your account.
